About LastZ.GG
Who we are, how we work, and how we keep the numbers honest.
LastZ.GG is an independent, community-run companion site for Last Z: Survival Shooter. We build free calculators, progression trackers, and long-form guides for F2P and low-spend players who want to plan their HQ upgrades, migrations, and events without guesswork.
The site is fan-made and is not affiliated with, developed by, endorsed by, or sponsored by the studio behind Last Z: Survival Shooter. Game names, art references, and terminology belong to their respective owners.
Who Runs This Site
LastZ.GG is maintained by a small team of long-time Last Z players who coordinate through Discord. Editorial direction, calculator logic, and guide reviews are handled by the site's maintainer with input from veteran alliance leaders and top-server players who contribute data, screenshots, and corrections.
You can reach the team directly at contact@lastz.gg or via the Contact page.
How We Source & Verify Data
- In-game verification. Numbers used in calculators (HQ upgrade costs, T10 badge amounts, Alliance Recognition thresholds, migration score ranges) are pulled directly from active game accounts across multiple servers.
- Community cross-check. New data points are cross-referenced with contributor screenshots before being added, so a single misread number doesn't leak into a guide.
- Player-tested formulas. Migration tiers, power weightings, and progression schedules come from observed migration outcomes and long-running alliance data — not from datamining or scraped APIs.
- Change tracking. When the game rebalances an event or building, affected pages are flagged for review and updated with a fresh timestamp.
How Often We Update
- Calculators: reviewed every major game update and whenever contributors report a discrepancy.
- Event guides (Volcano War, Alliance Duel, Canyon Clash, SvS, Season 2): refreshed at the start of each new cycle.
- Hero and progression guides: revised when new heroes, seasons, or balance patches land.
Contributors
Guides and calculator data are shaped by veteran players from a rotating group of alliances across low-, mid-, and high-state servers. Contributors provide screenshots, event results, and rebalancing reports — the maintainer reviews and edits every submission before it goes live.
Want to help? Spotted a wrong number, a broken calculator, or a guide that needs updating? Message us at contact@lastz.gg or via the Contact page. Every correction gets reviewed.
Who Writes The Guides
Guides on LastZ.GG are written and tested by DXB KING — State 511, HQ35, T10 complete. Every event guide is written after running the event on a live account, not from second-hand posts. Full background and coverage areas are on the author profile.
Editorial & Fact-Checking Process
Nothing goes live because it sounds right. Every page follows the same four steps:
- Play it first. The event, building or hero is run on an active account and the in-game panels are screenshotted — rules text, point tables, reward tiers, costs.
- Transcribe, don't paraphrase. Numbers are typed straight off the screenshot into the page or data file, then read back against the screenshot a second time.
- Second source. Anything that varies by server or account (thresholds, timings, spawn windows) is confirmed by a second account or an alliance member's screenshot before it is stated as fact.
- Mark the gaps. If a number can't be confirmed, the page shows a visible verification note instead of an estimate. We would rather show a hole than a guess.
Every guide carries a visible publication date and last-updated date, and those dates are generated from the site's own change history — they move only when the page content actually changes, never on a rebuild.
How Calculator Data Is Collected
The calculators are only as good as the tables behind them, so those tables are built by hand rather than scraped:
- Costs come off the upgrade screen. HQ construction costs, T10 research requirements and tank modification costs are read level-by-level from the in-game confirmation panel on an account that has actually reached that level.
- Event thresholds come off the event panel. Alliance Recognition and migration-score inputs are taken from the live event or migration UI during the window it is open.
- Maths is done in the browser. No calculator sends your inputs anywhere — every total is computed on your device from a static table shipped with the page.
- Assumptions are stated. Each calculator page lists what it does and does not model (buffs, speedups, discounts), so you know when a result is a floor rather than a final figure.
- Re-checked on patches. When the game rebalances costs, affected tables are re-read from scratch instead of patched from memory.

Corrections Policy
This is a live game and pages go stale. If something here doesn't match what you see in-game, we want to know.
- How to report. Send the page URL, what's wrong, and a screenshot if you have one, through the Contact page or to contact@lastz.gg.
- What happens next. Reports are read by the maintainer. A confirmed error is corrected on the page and the page's last-updated date changes with it.
- When we can't confirm. If we can't reproduce the number in-game, the disputed figure is replaced with a visible verification note rather than left standing as fact.
- Material changes are visible. We don't silently rewrite a strategy call — if guidance reverses because the game changed, the page says so.
- Not affiliated. We can't fix in-game bugs, recover accounts or issue rewards. For those, contact the game's official support.
Editorial Standards
- No mods, hacks, cheats, APK downloads, or "free gems" content — ever.
- No paid placements or sponsored guide recommendations.
- Guides are written for F2P and low-spend players first; whale-only strategies are labelled clearly.
- We link to the official game and stores only — never to third-party account marketplaces.
