    How This Calculator Works

This tool answers one question: if State Migration opened tomorrow, which migration identity would the game hand you — Regular, Intermediate, Advanced or Elite? You paste in the four power values from Profile → Details, tell it which mod vehicle you run and whether T10 is unlocked, and it returns an estimated migration score in millions plus the tier that score falls into.

That tier is the thing that actually matters. Migration cost, which states you are allowed to enter, and how freely you can move all key off it — the score itself is just the number underneath. The tier ranges this tool uses are Regular below 20M, Intermediate up to 40M, Advanced up to 100M, and Elite above 100M.

    How the game mechanic works

Migration score is a snapshot of account development, not of your army. Two things surprise people the first time they check. First, troop power is not part of it — burning troops before a migration window does nothing to your score. Second, the score is a high-water mark: it tracks the best values your account has ever reached and never falls back down. You cannot un-build your way into a cheaper tier.

The pieces that do move it are Hero Power and Mod Vehicle Power, with Building Power contributing a much smaller slice. In this tool's fit, hero power carries a weight of 1.2 and mod vehicle power 1.1, while building power comes in at 0.06 — that gap is why two players with identical HQ levels can sit two tiers apart. Tech Power is collected on the form for completeness but is not weighted in the current fit, because the player data we have does not show it moving the result on its own.

Two flat jumps sit on top of that. Unlocking T10 adds a fixed 16M-scale step, and running an EX Destroyer adds 43 — Hercules and standard Destroyer both add nothing. Those two switches together are worth more than most players' entire building tree, which is exactly why the calculator asks about them separately instead of folding them into a power number.

    Where the data came from

The developers have never published the migration formula, so this is a fit, not a transcription. It was built by collecting matched pairs — a player's four power values from Profile → Details alongside the migration identity the game actually showed them during a live migration window — and solving for coefficients that reproduce those observed tiers. Every coefficient the tool uses lives in one file so it can be re-fitted when new data lands.

The reference sections below it (phases, requirements, timers, what changes when you move) are a different kind of data: those are read straight off the in-game migration panel by DXB KING — State 511, HQ35, T10 complete — and cross-checked against a second account before publishing. Where the fit and the panel disagree, the panel wins.

Treat a result near a tier boundary as a coin flip rather than a verdict. Thresholds shift slightly between seasons and server groups, and a score sitting within a million of a boundary can land either side of it on the day. If you need certainty, wait for the in-game panel during the migration window — it is the only authoritative source. Planning a move? The State Migration guide covers the rest of the process.

    The Three Phases

    Phase I
    Prep

View available states and contact the Presidents of destinations you're eyeing. No applications yet — this is planning time.

    Phase II
    Invitation

Presidents invite survivors from other states, and your identity tier is locked in. Intermediate and above can also submit Special Immigration Applications.

    Phase III
    Free Migration

Regular survivors move freely into any state with open Regular slots. Everyone else still needs an invite or an approved application.

    Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about the Last Z migration calculator and migration score.

It's a free community tool that estimates your migration score and identity tier in Last Z: Survival Shooter. You enter your four power values and it predicts whether you'll be Regular, Intermediate, Advanced or Elite for the next State Migration event.
The in-game migration score is a combined rating of your Building, Tech, Hero and Mod Vehicle Power. In the player data this tool is built on, Hero and Mod Vehicle Power move the score the most, while Building and Tech barely affect it, and troop power isn't counted at all. The score also tracks your highest-ever power and never decreases.
Four tiers, set by migration score: Regular (0–20M), Intermediate (20–40M), Advanced (40–100M) and Elite (over 100M). The exact thresholds can shift slightly each season based on your server group's strength.
It's fitted to real player scores and lands within roughly 1–2M through most of the range. It's an estimate only — the official migration formula has never been publicly released — so treat results near a tier boundary as approximate.
Over 100M. In practice, Elite players almost always run an EX Destroyer with T10 unlocked plus high Hero and Mod Vehicle Power.
No. The score only tracks your best-ever record and never drops, and destroying troops does nothing because troop power isn't part of the calculation.
