Overview
Amber is the Season 4 Guard of Order bruiser — a punk-rebel frontliner built around her oversized mechanical greatsword. She trades a bit of sustained DPS for burst windows, thick frontline presence and disruption, and she's currently the strongest Guard of Order melee pick to pair with Dodomeki in Canyon Clash and SVS lineups.
If your faction is Guard of Order and your Dodomeki is already carrying, Amber is your next big investment — she absorbs pressure so your DPS gets clean uptime.
What makes her strong
Faction skill
Boosts all Assaulter troop attack and grants a defense buff to your frontline for the opening seconds of every fight. In extended Canyon Clash trades this turns close matchups into clean wins.
Burst windows
Her active skill is a short-duration greatsword slam — high damage in a small window rather than steady DPS. Time it around Dodomeki's Drake Devour and you double-tap enemy formations.
Frontline durability
Above 3 stars she gains meaningful HP scaling. She holds the front while Dodomeki and your ranged carries deal damage from safety — very few S-tier heroes fill that role for Guard of Order.

Amber is a frontliner first — orange Armor and Helmet before you touch her Gun. She's not the primary damage dealer, she's the reason your damage dealer is alive.
Team synergy
Dodomeki (S4) + Amber
The current strongest Guard of Order endgame pair. Amber tanks the opening exchange while Dodomeki ramps into his sustained DPS window — very few lineups outtrade this in Canyon Clash.
Harleyna (S2) stays relevant
Harleyna's burst window overlaps cleanly with Amber's slam. Field her in short PvP fights where you want to end the trade before enemies can respond.
