    Overview

Licia is the first seasonal hero to release in Season 3: Dinosaur Origin, opening the pass schedule in weeks 1–2. She is the closest thing this season has to a safe default: reliable numbers, easy kit to build, and the deepest fragment pool of the three seasonal heroes because she released first.

On raw stats she carries a marginal edge over Liliana and Dodomeki at Lv.175 — about 2,250 power, 20 attack, 20 defense and 10 lethality — which at endgame scale is a rounding error, not a tier difference. Her real value is that if you invest in her, you'll almost always have the fragments and star levels to keep her ahead.

Numbers captured in-game on our own account. All three S3 heroes are within a rounding error on raw stats — the meaningful gap is in skills below.

    Signature skillsConfirmed × 3

    Active — Shadow Rush
Triple claw slash. Damage factor 1600 at Lv.30. Upgrade path adds +200 damage, +1 claw, +200, +2 claws, +400 across skill tiers.
    Normal — Talon Tear
Base 1210 at Lv.30. Consistent single-target output between actives.
    Marching — Silent Stalker
+30 troop capacity, self ATK/DEF up to +5/+5%. Straight throughput uplift for her own squad.
Exclusive — Feline Veil (with Bella)
+7.5% damage resistance to Assaulters when deployed with Bella. At Star-5 the resistance extends to all troops and adds +7.5% troop capacity.

    Best for / not for

    Pick her/him when
    • Your first S3 hero investment — she has the deepest fragment supply.
    • Blood Rose Assaulter comps that already run Bella (Feline Veil pair).
    • Players who want a hero that performs in every mode instead of specializing.
    • PvP where consistency matters more than burst.
    Skip / bench when
    • Sunday Ancient Dino short damage windows — that's Liliana's job.
    • Long attrition fights where per-hit scaling matters — that's Dodomeki.
    • Skipping foundation heroes just to build her — she amplifies, doesn't replace.

    Team synergy

    + Bella
The Feline Veil pair. Deploying both together unlocks the Assaulter resistance buff; at Star-5 it upgrades to all-troops resistance and troop capacity. Highest-value synergy in her kit.
+ Blood Rose vs Guard of Order Riders
Her all-round profile with Assaulter troops fits the common Blood Rose vs GoO Rider matchup you'll see across Trade Hubs and cross-state PvP.

    Investment priority

    1. Get her to 3+ stars before spending on Liliana or Dodomeki — same-hero fragments are your bottleneck, not choice.
    2. Push hero levels first (levels are always exchangeable via Hero Level Swap, so no wasted XP).
    3. Prioritise Gun equipment slot first; Helmet, Boots, Armor after.
    4. Only pair with Bella once both are geared — the exclusive talent is where her ceiling lives.
    5. Bank Level Swappers before end-of-season to move her XP onto next season's meta hero.
