Overview
Liliana is the second S3 seasonal hero, releasing in weeks 3–4. Her ceiling is the highest of the three when the fight is short — high damage factor, ammo-scaling upgrades, and a leap-and-crash active that opens a burst window most other heroes cannot match.
On the stat sheet she is identical to Dodomeki and a hair behind Licia. That's misleading. Her damage factor doesn't show up in base stats — you feel it in the Sunday Ancient Dino window, in Egg Defense clears, and in any short race where the first 30 seconds decide the fight.

Normal — Fury Surge
1210 → 1237 base. Ammo upgrades on the active also feed her sustained profile once cast.
Marching — Undead Legion
+30 troop capacity, hero ATK/DEF up to +6/+6%. Slightly stronger self-buff than Licia's marching skill.
Exclusive — Siren Scales (with Alma)
+7.5% damage resistance to Shooters when deployed with Alma. Star-5 extends to all troops and adds +7.5% troop capacity.

Pick her/him when
- Sunday Ancient Dino — she is the burst-window pick for that fight.
- Dino Egg Defense max clears where completion pays more than ranking.
- Wings of Dawn Shooter comps that already run Alma (Siren Scales pair).
- Short PvP engagements where the opening volley decides the fight.
Skip / bench when
- Long attrition rallies — her value front-loads.
- Sustained state-vs-state pushes where you'd rather have Dodomeki's per-hit scaling.
- Players without Alma built — half her ceiling is locked behind the exclusive pair.

Siren Scales pair. Together you unlock Shooter resistance; Star-5 upgrades it to all-troops resistance plus troop capacity. Priority pairing for any Wings of Dawn account.
+ Ancient Dino rally
Ranking is by damage dealt but statewide achievement thresholds pay everyone. Her burst window helps push those thresholds fast — worth calling out in state chat.
Investment priority
- Start after Licia is at 3+ stars — don't split fragment resources on both simultaneously.
- Ammo-upgrade skill tiers first — they compound with her damage factor tiers.
- Gun and Helmet slots first for equipment.
- Get Alma to matching star level before chasing Liliana's Star-5 exclusive.
- Reserve her fresh cooldowns for the Sunday Ancient Dino window, not weekday farming.
